January 7 through April 28, 6 pm to 10 pm. VIllagefest. Every Thursday evening, Palm Springs hosts Villagefest, a downtown street fair. Eric’s booth is located at 182 N. Palm Canyon Drive and contains a complete inventory of all of Eric’s books.

March 12, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Costco. 72800 Dinah Shore Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211. Eric will be selling The Best Guide Ever to Palm Springs Celebrity Homes and P.S. I Love Lucy: Lucille Ball’s Palm Springs.

April 16, 11 am to 1 pm, Barnes & Noble. 72840 Hwy 111, Palm Desert, CA, 92260. Westfield Shopping Center. Eric will be selling The Best Guide Ever to Palm Springs Celeb-rity Homes, P.S. I Love Lucy: Lucille Ball’s Palm Springs, and The Witch of Tahquitz.

April 26. 11 am to 2 pm. Eric will be speaking on the history and availability of Celebrity Homes for Sale. Hosted by Title 365 at Cambria Granite, 44210 Cook Street, Palm Desert, CA 92211. RSVP’s only for Realtors. A full selection of his books will be offered for sale and there will be a signing afterward.
